Time for the show to start Cameras are you ready? The camera operators are another one of the key positions on the show. one big requirement that you need to be a camera operator is the ability to communicate. whether its between the director and you or you and the talent. you have to be able to do what the director is asking of you and know what they are saying. but you should also be able to make suggestions about the shows look aesthetically how certain shots are going to look and how they should look for the situation and then you are the one responsible for knowing what the director wants is possible because usually your the one who knows the equipment more than anyone else and you should know what will and what will not be able to work for the show.
