Show Directors

When the Show starts its time to go to work
once the show is all prepared by the producers and news director its time to put it in the hands of the Show Director. The Director is the one who makes everything go as smoothly as possible. All the cues for the show to tell when the show should make a cut or a fade whether the sound is up or down, all of the decisions go through the director. Even though you are given plenty of time to prepare for the most part of a show, when something goes wrong during the show you as the director have to have enough knowledge and mental prowess to be able to handle any situation. In all truth there is one way to think about Directing when directing the new you must know Murphy’s law. What ever can go wrong will go wrong.
