Your on in 5....4....3....2....1.... During and right before the show there is one person who is essentially the middle man between the onstage talent and the control room. In that sense you job is one to make the talent as happy and comfortable as possible. But they are not only a servant of control room and the talent they are to make sure that the talent hits their marks and cues for the stories and to relay messages from control room to the talent such as ...30 seconds to air......wrap it up.....stretch it out......and tell the talent if their is anything needed to fix about their appearance or how they look on camera.
